Accessibility Statement

Current Status

Vaulted Arcades is committed to improving access to vaultedarcades.com and shop.vaultedarcades.com for people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a technical reference. We do not currently represent that either website has been fully audited, certified, or found to conform to WCAG at a particular level.

Our Approach

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review representative marketing, collection, contact, policy, product, and storefront pages; correct verified barriers where practicable; and include accessibility checks when making material site changes. Platform and third-party components are included in our review rather than treated as automatically compliant.

Reviews Performed

On July 22, 2026, we performed an automated structural review of representative Squarespace and Shopify pages. The review included document language, page titles, headings, landmarks, skip links, image alternative text, accessible names for links and buttons, form labels, duplicate identifiers, and basic keyboard-focus styling.

On August 11, 2026, we performed follow-up page-visibility and navigation-link checks after repairing the FAQ, Shipping Policy, and other customer-information pages. Automated checks and page inspections cannot identify every accessibility barrier.

Known Limitations and Work in Progress

Ongoing work includes:

  • reviewing heading sequences generated by Squarespace and Shopify templates;
  • monitoring platform-generated duplicate identifiers in certain layouts and collection filters;
  • testing third-party and platform-provided controls with keyboards and screen readers; and
  • expanding manual testing for color contrast, 200% zoom and reflow, visible focus, touch-target size, form errors, and VoiceOver/NVDA behavior.

These items remain tracked for remediation and verification on our live websites.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need help using either website, please contact us. Tell us the page or feature involved, the format or assistance you need, and your preferred way to receive a response. We will review the request and work with you on a reasonable alternative.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly. Response and remediation time will depend on the nature of the request, the affected platform, and whether a third-party provider is involved.

Ongoing Review

We plan to update this statement when material testing or remediation occurs. Qualified manual accessibility review, including assistive-technology testing, remains part of our ongoing accessibility work.
