Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product and location. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days and arrive within 2–4 weeks. Larger items such as golf simulators and arcade cabinets may require additional lead time. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer white-glove or in-home delivery?
Yes. Many of our products qualify for white-glove delivery, which includes in-home placement and basic setup. This option is available at checkout for eligible items. Please note that complex installation may require a separate installation service.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Vaulted Arcades ships within the contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, please contact us at support@vaultedarcades.com to discuss your options.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us and we'll assist you.
Installation
Do I need professional installation?
It depends on the product. Foosball tables, pool tables, and most pinball machines can be set up without professional help. Golf simulators and full-size arcade cabinets may require dedicated space preparation, electrical work, or screen mounting. We recommend consulting a professional for those products to ensure a safe and optimal setup.
What space requirements should I plan for?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions and recommended clearance requirements. As a general guide: pool tables require at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides for cueing; golf simulators typically need a 10–15 foot ceiling height and a 15–20 foot hitting area; and arcade cabinets need standard residential ceiling clearance with a nearby power outlet.
Do products arrive assembled?
Most products arrive partially assembled with detailed instructions included. Pool tables are typically delivered in components and require on-site assembly, which white-glove delivery covers. Arcade games and pinball machines generally arrive ready to plug in and play.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty coverage do products come with?
All products sold by Vaulted Arcades are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and product type — arcade games typically carry a 1–2 year warranty, golf simulators 1–3 years, pool tables 1–5 years, pinball machines 90 days to 1 year, and foosball tables 1–2 years. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in their original condition. Due to the size and weight of many items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy or contact us to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives with visible damage, please document it with photos before signing for delivery, and contact us at support@vaultedarcades.com within 48 hours. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Payment & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay at checkout.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. Financing options may be available through Shop Pay Installments at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments. Eligibility and terms are subject to approval. Contact us if you have questions about financing a specific product.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We do not store your payment information, and all data is encrypted during transmission. Your security is our priority.

We offer a curated selection of premium arcade machines including multi-game cabinets with thousands of classic titles, cocktail-style tables, racing simulators, and custom-branded units. All machines are built to commercial or home-use standards and are designed to be the centerpiece of any game room.
Are your golf simulators suitable for serious golfers?

Do you carry new or refurbished pinball machines?
We offer both new and certified refurbished pinball machines. Refurbished units are professionally restored to full working condition and are a great way to own a classic title. All refurbished machines include a warranty and are inspected before shipping.
What size pool table should I buy?
The right pool table size depends on the dimensions of your room. A 7-foot table is ideal for tighter spaces, an 8-foot table is the most popular home choice, and a 9-foot table is regulation size for serious players. We recommend measuring your room and adding at least 5 feet on each side for comfortable cueing before making your selection.
Are foosball tables suitable for kids and adults?
Absolutely. Our foosball tables are designed for players of all ages and skill levels. We carry a range from casual family-friendly models to professional-grade competition tables. Check each product listing for weight, height, and recommended age ranges.
